EAMONN MULLALLY,
CITY CORPORATION ELECTION 2022
Thinking Ahead
CITY OF LONDON ELECTION
24th march 2022
The City of London local election on 24th March is a key moment for residents and businesses alike as we establish a ‘new normal’ following the disruption of the last two years. This time, more than ever, your vote can make a difference. If you are not able to vote in person you can apply for a postal vote using this link. Don’t delay postal vote applications must be received at City of London Electoral Services no later than 5pm on 9th March.

WHAT I STAND FOR....
The first duty of any Councillor is representing the whole community.
REPRESENTING YOU
Engage and Influence
Representative politics is about representing the concerns of residents, business of all sizes and others. Not following my own agenda. Sometimes leadership is required from representatives, this can only be in line with community interests.
A CITY FOR ALL, NOT THE FEW
Working Together
Farringdon is at the centre of a world class public transport system. As the Elizabeth Line opens there is an opportunity to support all types of business, while doing what is necessary to protect the character of the ward and encouraging new sustainable business.
LIVING AND WORKING IN THE CITY OF LONDON
Working for You.
I love living in the City and understand there are times when inconsiderate development, vehicle parking, noise, and antisocial behaviour are an issue. These things need active engagement to achieve fair and equitable resolution.
BUSINESSES ARE KEY TO THE WELLBEING OF THE CITY
creating the future
Business is transforming. As if Brexit and the pandemic are not enough overlay automation as a result of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence across all industry sectors. The City can help to foster an environment that supports transformation while welcoming emerging technologies, enterprises, and entrepreneurs.
LIVING AND WORKING IN THE CITY OF LONDON
Safe streets are non-negotiable
The City is a destination, and we need to have a road strategy the puts pedestrians first while allowing fair access for those who are less mobile and business to flourish. The City is unlike any other location so the majority of visitors will continue to arrive by ‘public transport’. This means delivering on the City of London climate action strategy.
ABOUT ME
Professionally I have spent the last four decades working in the Global IT industry. During my spare time I am also a qualified City of London Tourist guide.

Family circumstances required that we stay in the City throughout the pandemic and have first-hand experience of its multiple impacts.

Professionally I have a background as an Enterprise Architect at a leading global software company and have subsequently specialised in emerging information technology and innovation for a Technology Communication giant, giving me insight into what it will mean for business as the current technology automation tsunami gathers momentum.
As a part time City of London Tourist Guide, I have been impacted by the loss of visitors over the last two years. The City represents an incredible visitor opportunity across the Service Industries, especially small business.

I am a person of faith and would like people from all faith backgrounds and none to feel welcome and flourish in the City.
